Palladium as an investment metal
Palladium is one of the rarest of the four precious metals. Platinum and palladium were not discovered until about 180 years ago.
Palladium is used as a raw material in industry applications. In addition to the jewelery it will be required in the automotive industry (catalysts) and in medical technology.
Since 2005, the Canadian Maple Leaf has been minted in palladium. It is the most well-known palladium coin next to the Australian emu.
