Collection of ordered goods
You can collect your ordered goods in person from our office Zürich-Niederglatt. We will let you know when the ordered goods are ready for your collection. Please make an appointment for collection in advance by telephone or e-mail.
Collections are possible against cash payment or previously transacted credit transfer. We are happy to let you buy precious metals anonymously over the counter (to a limit of 25.000 CHF). Kindly note that we do not accept payment by EC card or credit card.
