Pick up your ordered goods

You can collect your ordered goods in person directly from our offices at Zurich-Niederglatt and St. Margrethen (St. Gallen). We will let you know when the ordered goods are ready for your collection. To prevent storage and insurance costs we would ask you to pick up your goods within 10 days. Please make an appointment for collection by telephone or e-mail in advance.

Collections are possible against cash payment or previously transacted bank transfer. We are happy to let you buy precious metals anonymously over the counter (to a limit of 15,000 CHF). Kindly note that we do not accept payment by credit card.
