With our security logistics (Schweizer Post) your order is shipped secure, comfortable and fast. As a customer you have no shipping risk.

Please pay your ordered goods in advance via bank transfer. If your goods are at stock, the package is sent directly after receipt of payment. The shipment is made within a neutral packaging. Our security logistic partners work with inconspicuous vehicles.

You can also order with cash on delivery (up to 10,000,- CHF value of the goods).

Please note, that the packages delivered by the Post (except security logistics) a maximum of 20 kg per package is possible. Otherwise the Post will refuse the delivery.

We reserve the right to divide the shipment into more than one package if the maximum weight is exceeded. Therefore the here stated shipping costs apply for every parcel to be sent.

If your order exceeds a value of CHF 10,000, we will send your goods in several CH Post parcels or commission a value transport company individually.
